Tracy Kerns

Tracy Kerns has a strong background in human resources, starting with their role as the Director of Human Resources at TAMSCO from 1988 to 2005. In 2007, they joined B3 Solutions as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they currently hold this position.

Tracy Kerns completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at McDaniel College from 1981 to 1985. Later, between 1990 and 1992, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources at The Johns Hopkins University.
