Scott Leclair

Scott Leclair, P.E., PMP, has over two decades of experience in the engineering industry, currently serving as Senior Proposal Manager at Babcock & Wilcox since June 2000. In this role, Scott manages proposals for large engineering services and project opportunities in B&W's Global Projects Division, catering to domestic and international clients. Prior positions at Babcock & Wilcox include Project Manager, responsible for large replacement parts projects; Project Engineer, focusing on refurbishment and new construction of waste-to-energy facilities; and Field Service Engineer, providing support to power and industrial customers in multiple states. Earlier experience includes an Engineering Co-op position at Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation in 1998, specializing in probabilistic risk assessment. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, obtained in 2000.
