Anna Guglielmi has a diverse work experience in the fields of consumer and market insights and marketing. Anna started their career as a Marketing Manager at Green Seed France in 2009. Anna then joined Procter & Gamble in 2011, where they worked as a Shopper Insight Consumer & Market Knowledge Associate Manager and later as a Brand Operations Consumer & Market Knowledge Manager. At Procter & Gamble, Anna conducted market research, developed advertising campaigns, and shaped media plans. In 2013, they joined Ferrero as the Head of Consumer and Shopper Understanding for Ferrero Canada and Premium Chocolate North America, and later became the Consumer & Market Insights Manager for Anglo America & CIS. In these roles, Anna acted as a strategic partner, advocated for consumers, and ensured business decisions were based on market opportunities. Anna also held the position of Head of Consumer and Shopper Insight for LADM (Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador). Anna is currently working at Bacardi, where they have been the Global Insight Director for REBEL Brands and MARTINI.
Anna Guglielmi completed their education at various institutions. Anna attended St Mary's School from 2000 to 2005, where they earned 9 GCSEs A*-A. Anna then studied at Colchester Royal Grammar School from 2005 to 2007, completing A levels in French, Economics, and English. Finally, Anna attended the University of Nottingham from 2007 to 2010, earning a degree in International Communications and French, with a focus on International and Intercultural Communication.
