Romina Bustamante

Romina Bustamante is an accomplished professional in human resources and change management with extensive experience in commercial business partnering. Currently serving as the People Continuity Senior Manager at Backus since April 2020, Romina leads frontline commercial teams in Peru and manages change initiatives. Previous roles include People Transformation Manager at Alicorp and various HR Business Partner positions at Backus, where Romina supported sales and logistics teams, enhanced stakeholder relationships, and focused on talent acquisition and training programs. Additional roles span from control management at La Positiva Seguros to HR analysis at Banco de Crédito BCP and HSBC Bank Peru. Romina holds a Licentiate degree in Human Resources from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and has furthered education through Wharton Executive Education.
