Dan Schultz

Dan Schultz is a creative technologist with a diverse background in innovative technology and media. Currently serving as Overmind at Bad Idea Factory since August 2017, Schultz leads a collective focused on creative technological solutions. Previously, significant roles included Senior Creative Technologist at Internet Archive, where a political ad tracking system was developed, and cofounder of Trint and Hyperaudio Inc., both fostering advancements in transcription technology. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Media Arts and Sciences from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, and Mathematical Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
