Baskar Radhakrishnan

Baskar Radhakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Baskar began their career at Caterpillar Inc. as a Production Engineer in 1996, later transitioning to the role of Senior Process planning Engineer. During their time at Caterpillar, they also became a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt & CPS Black Belt.

In 2008, Baskar joined Vestas as a Specialist - Process Excellence, where they played a key role in ensuring product quality and process improvement. Baskar also served as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Specialist, Product Quality.

In 2014, Baskar joined Ørsted as a Lead Quality Specialist, where they led quality improvement projects and developed processes and tools for continuous improvement across the organization.

Currently, Baskar holds the position of Vice President, Business Development at Baettr, where they are responsible for creating long-term value and optimizing the company's growth. Additionally, they served as the Head of India Development at Baettr.

Throughout their career, Baskar has demonstrated expertise in quality management and process improvement methodologies, including DMAIC and Six Sigma.

Baskar Radhakrishnan's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 1991, they started their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Bharathiar University, which they completed in 1995.
