Tracy Bologa

Tracy Bologa is an experienced benefits manager with a robust background in employee benefits administration and compliance. Currently serving as a Benefits Manager/Admin at BakeMark since July 2017, Tracy partners with brokers and carriers to manage benefit plans while ensuring adherence to federal and state laws. Prior experience includes a tenure at MSC Software from October 1999 to January 2017, where Tracy managed both self-insured and fully insured benefit programs within the Human Resources department. Earlier, from July 1987 to November 1999, Tracy was a Senior Administrative Assistant at Northrop Grumman, supporting senior management in the Advanced Technology Division. Tracy holds a Certificate in Employee Benefits from Employment Group and has furthered education at The Wharton School.
