Lauren Nowak

Lauren Nowak serves as the Capital Projects Manager at Baker Perkins, where responsibilities include coordinating all projects and managing resources. With a background in project management, Lauren has expertise in monitoring contract costs, organizing meetings, and improving departmental workflows. Previous roles include Die Sales Representative and Support Coordinator, where Lauren contributed to order management and system updates, and Sales Support Coordinator, which involved supporting the sales team and maintaining customer records. In addition to a successful career in engineering, Lauren holds leadership positions in women's lacrosse as the Executive Board President of West Michigan Lacrosse and a National Elite Official, also coaching at Grand Rapids Catholic Central. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Mathematics from Aquinas College and has furthered education at Purdue University.
