Caitlyn Longenecker

Caitlyn Longenecker, EIT, is a dedicated Mechanical Engineer at Bala Consulting Engineers with a strong background in architectural engineering. Caitlyn served as the Overall Lead at the Penn State Women in Engineering Program, where Caitlyn facilitated communication between team members, planned orientation events, and evaluated best practices. Caitlyn has also excelled in various roles such as a Mentor, Spirit Lead, Envoy, Mentee, Advising Assistant, and Career Envoy at Penn State and other companies. Their experience includes internships in mechanical engineering, fundraising and donor relations roles for SWE THON, and community service as the Community Service Chair for Penn State Club Tennis. Caitlyn holds a Master's Degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
