Michael Williamson

Michael Williamson has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving in Mortgage Loan Operations at Bank of Commerce since July 2021. As a co-owner of Williamson Family Holdings since February 1995, Michael has a shared investment interest in various properties. Previously, Michael worked at BancorpSouth from October 2006 to July 2021, holding multiple roles such as Mortgage Loans, Licensed Life Insurance & Annuity Agent, and Bank Officer, where responsibilities included ensuring accurate accounting procedures and fostering customer relationships. Michael also served as a Customer Service Representative and Head Teller, overseeing teller operations. In community service, Michael was an L.O.U. Chamber Ambassador for the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce from June 2012 to July 2018 and served on the Board and as President of the Oxford Banking Association from October 2009 to July 2015. Michael's educational background includes a BA in Banking & Finance from the University of Mississippi, along with prior studies in business at Mississippi State University and Northwest Mississippi Community College.
