Shahar Ben-Dor

Shahar Ben-Dor has extensive experience in financial operations and compliance, currently serving as Operations Controller at the Bank of Israel since November 2012, where responsibilities include writing and implementing departmental policies and auditing cash processes. Previously, Shahar held the position of AML Coordinator at Isracard from January 2008 to November 2012, focusing on KYC/CDD processes, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Shahar also served as a Graduate Assistant at Oakland University from August 2005 to June 2007, primarily engaged in research activities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both obtained from Oakland University.
