Kelly Schlitz

Kelly Schlitz has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Kelly started their career as a Commissioned Bank Examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in 1990 and held this position until 1998. Kelly then joined Southwest Community Bank as VP/Electronic Banking Officer, where they worked from 1998 to 2006. Following this, they worked at Security Business Bank as VP/Risk Manager and Information Security Officer from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as SVP/Director of Compliance at AmericanWest Bank. Currently, they are the SVP Chief Compliance Officer at Banner Bank, a position they have held since 2015.
