Ousmane Diaw

Ousmane Diaw is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and risk assessment in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Assistant de Direction Stratégie et Qualité at Banque Islamique du Senegal, Ousmane is involved in ISO 9001 certification projects and quality audits, as well as process documentation and client complaint management. Previous roles include Assistant Risk Manager at BNDE, where contributions were made to global risk management initiatives and development of risk frameworks, and various positions at CBAO Groupe Attijariwafa bank, emphasizing procedure modeling and performance indicator monitoring. Ousmane also played a key role in the Commune Durable program, focusing on sustainable development in Senegal. Ousmane holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Quality, Safety, and Sustainable Development, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
