Ben Pulver

Ben Pulver is the current Senior Director of Business Operations at Banyan, a position they have held since August 2020. Ben is responsible for running the day to day HR, Financial & Business Operations while building the processes to help prepare the business for scale. This includes researching and implementing the best tools for growth and working with functional leaders to determine future needs and how to build repeatable processes around those needs.

Ben's previous experience includes serving as a Strategic Advisor at Banyan from April 2020 to August 2020, where they provided analysis and guidance on go-to-market strategies and helped develop the most effective way to present value propositions to potential customers. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member at Propel from January 2019 to March 2020.

From May 2015 to August 2020, Ben was Leader, Global Quality Project/Program Management at Ciena. In this role, they were responsible for leading global quality initiatives and programs across all product lines while developing quality strategy in support of new product development. Before that, they were a Quality Engineer at Ciena from September 2010 to May 2015.

Ben began their career as an Industrial Engineer at UPS from June 2010 to September 2010. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University.

Ben Pulver received their MBA from Saint Joseph's University in 4.0 and their B.S. from Boston University in Manufacturing Engineering. Ben also has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University.

They are on a team with Mike Minelli - EVP, Partnerships & Business Development, Dan Morgenstern - Senior Director of Sales Development, and Kerry O'Shea - SVP, Banking Partnerships. Their manager is Mike Grillo, Chief Strategy Officer.
