Neil Simpson

Neil Simpson is an experienced operations and supply chain professional currently serving as the Global Director of Operations, IT and Continuous Improvement at Barbour since September 2023. Previously, Neil held various leadership roles, including Regional Director and GM at Suttons Group from October 2019 to September 2023, and Global Head of Logistics & Supply Chain (MPC) at AkzoNobel from January 2016 to October 2019. Earlier in the career, Neil was Director of Global Operations at ITW, European Supply Chain Manager at Formica Group Europe, and UK Supply Chain Manager at Avery Dennison. Neil's academic background includes an MBA from Durham University, an MSc in Operations Management from the University of Sunderland, and a BA (Hons) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Northumbria University.
