Gareth Williams

Gareth Williams is an accomplished Programme Manager with extensive experience in transformation and change delivery within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as Programme Manager for Barclays since November 2022, Gareth is focused on group-wide transformation initiatives, including HR transformation and the execution of change programs. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Operating Officer at IDT Finance, where Gareth managed operations and strategic initiatives within a regulated fintech environment. Gareth has also held senior positions at WPC, Mercer, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley, leading large-scale global change programs. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Management from Durham University, complemented by studies at prestigious institutions such as MIT, the University of Manchester, Lund University, and the University of Oxford.
