Frans Kools

Frans Kools is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Group HR Director for Barentz International since February 2022, Frans oversees human resources for a leading global life science ingredients distributor. Prior to this role, Frans held various senior HR positions at Staples Solutions from February 2012 to January 2022, including Group HR Director for Europe and Director of Human Resources for Retail, Corporate Functions, and Supply Chain. Frans has also been involved in executive roles at NDC|VBK, Oshkosh Corporation, and the Dutch Immigration Services, with earlier positions in HR management for the Royal Dutch Army and Royal Dutch Airforce. Education credentials include degrees in Business Law & HR and Certified Management Consultant qualifications.
