Martina Talbot

Martina Talbot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Martina is currently the Director of People and Culture at Barnardos Ireland since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Rehab from April 2018 to October 2022. Martina also served as the HR Director MSc at Keelings from June 2010 to July 2017. Before that, they worked as an Interim HR Professional at Top Oil from February 2010 to June 2010. Martina has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, having served as the Director of Human Resources at Xtra-vision from 2002 to 2009, the Human Resources Manager at Falcon Holidays/JWT from 2001 to 2002, the Human Resource Manager at Eircom from 2000 to 2001, and the Head of Human Resources at Beaumont Hospital from 1998 to 2000. Martina started their career as a Senior Personnel Officer at Britannia Airways from 1991 to 1998.

Martina Talbot completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Personal and Management Coaching Psychology at University College Cork from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching from DCU in 2010-2011. In 1989-1991, Martina studied at the University of Bedfordshire and earned a CIPD in Human Resources.
