Andrew Schwartz

Andrew Schwartz is currently serving as Of Counsel at Bartko Zankel Bunzel & Miller, focusing on commercial litigation. Prior to this, Andrew was a Partner at Sommers & Schwartz LLP for 17 years, handling various cases including civil rights, intellectual property, and trade secret matters. With a background in senior litigation counsel at Bank of America and experience in general commercial litigation at other firms, Andrew has extensive expertise in litigation before State and Federal Courts. Additionally, Andrew has a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Rochester.
