Lars Bo Lauritzen has had an extensive career in business and management, beginning in 1983 when they were appointed General Manager of DLH / Nordisk A/S. In 1991, they founded The African Interlink (Pty) Ltd and served as its CEO. In 1997, they joined Kjaer Group A/S as a Non-Executive Director and Executive Vice President / Chief Business Development Officer. In 2011, they co-founded Mil-tek USA Recycling & Waste Solutions, Inc. and served as its CEO & President. In 2019, they were appointed Board Member of Education for Influence. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Group CCO of Bast Fibre Tech., Inc. and M.D. of Bast Fibre Tech. Denmark.
Lars Bo Lauritzen attended Harvard Business School in 2009, where they studied Building Ventures in Established Companies. In 2006, they attended IMD to complete the course Mastering Top Management Dilemmas. From 2005 to 2006, they attended Hildebrandt & Brandi A/S for the course "Board of Tomorrow".
