Pedro Zabala

Pedro Zabala, MA, LPCC, NCC, currently serves as the Associate Director of Benefits Navigation & Workforce Integration at Bayaud Enterprises, Inc., where a strong commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities is demonstrated. Previous experience includes working as a Clinical Employment Specialist managing a case load of over 50 clients with diverse challenges and as a Vocational Specialist/Case Manager at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, where job development and employer engagement were key responsibilities. With a solid foundation in counseling from advanced studies at the University of Northern Colorado, as well as extensive experience within various mental health and social services roles, Pedro Zabala has contributed to numerous initiatives aimed at improving the well-being and employment outcomes for vulnerable populations.
