Shannon Meihuizen

Shannon Meihuizen is an experienced Product Developer currently leading product development at Bayley & Sage since October 2023, overseeing the rollout of own label products. Previously, Shannon managed the New Product Development department at NOMU from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included formulating recipes and executing the product development process. Earlier experience includes managing the Own Brand at Wellness Warehouse and various internships in food technology at Woolworths, in2food, and Three Streams Smokehouse. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Stellenbosch University and has furthered education with qualifications in project management and food safety.
