Adam Sullivan

Adam Sullivan is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Active Cheshire since June 2023, Adam has also held the position of Chief Executive at Baywater Healthcare since December 2013, overseeing a provider of in-home services for over 30,000 patients, particularly in respiratory therapy and Telehealth. Additionally, Adam serves as Executive Director at Intus Healthcare Ltd and as an Honorary Member of PEPTalks by Marble Hill Partners, contributing to a peer learning community for private equity-backed CEOs. Previously, Adam had a robust career at Air Products from 1997 to 2013, where roles included Divisional Managing Director for the UK & Ireland Healthcare business and leadership positions in Specialty Gases and General Industries.
