Tarek Bayaa

Tarek Bayaa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and corporate roles. Currently serving as the Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Bayzat since May 2015, Tarek is dedicated to enhancing employee experiences for companies. Tarek has also been an Entrepreneur for Endeavor since July 2019 and YPO since August 2021. Prior to these roles, Tarek held various positions at GE from February 2008 to May 2015, culminating in the role of Global Projects Executive, where significant contributions were made to GE's shared service centers, audit strategies, and leadership development in the Middle East and Africa. Tarek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from McGill University, having completed education at American School of Dubai and the American International School.
