Mark Kipphut

Mark Kipphut is a seasoned professional with over 34 years of experience in government and the aerospace defense industry, specializing in operations, policy, planning, and execution. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Principal at BCE Consulting since August 2021, Mark previously worked as an Independent ISR Consultant from September 2013 to August 2021. Mark's background includes significant roles at Raytheon as Director of Tactical Intelligence Systems and Director of Strategic Planning at Raytheon Missile Systems, as well as serving in the United States Air Force where Mark held the rank of Colonel (O-6) from September 1979 to November 2005. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and History from The Citadel and a Master’s degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
