Adam Untch

Adam Untch has held a variety of roles in the past. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Sales Manager at Jack Borings Dish Network Inc., where they sold Dish Network television services door-to-door and managed a sales team. In 2005, they became the Owner/Entrepreneur of Shine So Fine Window Cleaning, where they started a residential window cleaning business, grew their clientele through sound market segmentation and business development strategies, and implemented a differentiated pricing structure to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. From 2008 to the present, Adam has held various roles at Benefit Communication Insourcing, including Director of Benefit Communications, Senior Manager of Benefit Communications, Account Implementation Manager, and Regional Manager of Benefit Communications, where they are accountable for managing client accounts and a team of on-site Benefit Enrollers in the Southeast Region, providing superior customer service to clients, and growing revenue through cross-sell opportunities on new and existing accounts related to employee benefits. Adam also coordinates employee communication and engagement, including open enrollment presentations, on-going education material, and enrollment meetings.

Adam Untch obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2007, majoring in Business Administration. Adam also holds a Life and Health License.
