Frank Janik

Frank Janik is a Senior Partner in Advisory at BDO in Thailand, a position held since November 2022, with extensive experience exceeding 20 years in Pan Asia. Current work includes advising lenders and borrowers on debt management, as well as leading sell-side and buy-side transactions, restructuring efforts, M&A, and investigations as an Independent Contractor since November 2021. Previous roles include Partner in Specialist Advisory Services at Grant Thornton Thailand from June 2014 to November 2021, and Partner at KPMG, where leadership of the Asia Pacific Portfolio Solutions Group focused on Loan Portfolio Management. Additionally, Frank Janik served as Director of the Distressed Debt Group at PwC from July 1993 to November 2010. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from The Australian National University and designation as a Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand.
