Nick Henry

Nick Henry is a seasoned engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in advanced composite technologies and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Polar Technology Management Group since January 2021, Nick focuses on directing engineering activities for strategic projects while also holding the role of Director at Nick Henry Consulting Ltd, where expertise is leveraged to assist tech start-ups and SMEs. In addition, Nick acts as an Executive Coach and Mentor at redKite Performance Coaching, and as a Non-Executive Director and Mentor with Be the Business, supporting small to medium-sized enterprises. Previously, important roles have included Engineering Director at SST Technology and Research & Technology Engineering Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems, where notable achievements include the development of composite transmission shafts and leading multi-skilled engineering teams. Nick holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton and completed executive education at Henley Business School.
