Jim Obot

Jim Obot has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Jim began their career at National Semiconductor in 1978 as the Manager of Special Services. In 1981, they joined Apple Inc. where they held positions such as Director of Distribution for the Western US region and later Sr. Director Distribution for Apple USA until 1994. Jim then moved on to work at NAVTEQ as the President of North America from 1995 to 1996. Following this, they joined Palm as the VP of Worldwide Operations from 1996 to 1999. Jim then served as VP & GM of Palm.net at Palm (3Com) from 1999 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they became the Senior Vice-President of Worldwide Operations at Omnisky. Jim then transitioned to the role of President at Omnisky from 2001 to 2002. Next, they worked at FusionOne as the President & COO from 2002 to 2003. Finally, they became the President & CEO of Beachhead Solutions, Inc starting from 2003.

Jim Obot attended Cardinal Newman HS, but it is not specified when they completed their studies there. From 1973 to 1977, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from Santa Clara University. Later, they pursued Executive Management studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 1989, although the exact duration is not specified.
