Carlos Beltre

Carlos Beltre has worked in the tech industry since 2009, starting as a Sales Consultant for Best Buy. In 2015, they began working as a Consultation Agent for Geek Squad and a Computer Support Technician for Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Carlos was also President of the Millersville University Computer Science Club from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they introduced MU_Tech Talks, which allowed professional developers to give talks and presentations about their careers, technologies, and general career advice. In 2016, they interned as an Applications Developer at Listrak, where they developed tools and modified the platform's UI. Carlos has been a Lead Developer and Software Developer at Shift Lab since 2017, where they are involved in the development of personalized web applications using CMS platforms, e-commerce platforms, and AWS tools. Carlos is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Beam Impact.

Carlos Beltre attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science.
