Joe St. Julian

Joe St. Julian is general manager of Bechtel’s water and pipeline business within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals global business unit. He was elected a principal vice president in 2013.

Joe has nearly 25 years of experience and brings a diverse background in construction, project controls, project management, strategic planning, and commercial management. He has worked in the oil and gas, power, civil, nuclear, and government sectors.
