Vini Maciel has extensive work experience in various roles. In 2010, they worked as a Web Developer at Guiropa Comunicação, where they handled full-stack development of sites, blogs, web, and mobile apps using technologies like Php, CodeIgniter, MVC, MySQL, Wordpress, Ajax, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Phonegap, and Sencha Touch.

In 2012, Vini joined Tabmedia as a Senior Android Developer, responsible for maintaining and evolving the android application. Vini also collaborated on UX/UI decisions, business strategies, and achieved positive results such as a 4.3+ store review and 99% crash-free users. Vini'stechnical skills include Java, Kotlin, SQLite, Async, Design Patterns, Clean, MVP, RxJava, Unit tests, Instrumented tests, REST APIs, CI/CD.

During their time at Tabmedia, Vini took on the role of Product Manager and Agile Coach from September 2017 to August 2021. Vini was responsible for managing product development, coordinating Agile methodologies, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Additionally, they became a partner of the company in January 2015, demonstrating their commitment and dedication to the organization.

In 2021, Vini joined Loft as a Senior Data Product Manager, where they built a data platform product from scratch, handling more than 400M data points from the real estate market. Vini'smain responsibilities included creating a vision for the product, facilitating technical discussions and solutions, conducting data analysis for stakeholders, and ensuring communication and alignment with various stakeholders and teams. Under their leadership, the number of clients using the product doubled, achieving a CSAT score of 4.0 and doubling the Data Reliability Score.

Most recently, in 2022, Vini joined Woba as a Senior Product Manager, where they continue to contribute their expertise in product management.

Vini Maciel holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Analysis and Development from Anhanguera Educacional, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. In 2009, they completed a Technical degree in Information Technology from Escola Profissional Nossa Senhora de Fátima. In 2018, Vini obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance. In 2020, Vini pursued further education, including a program in Product Leadership from How Bootcamps and a course in UX Research from the same institution. Additionally, they attended a course on Applying Data Science to Product Management at Udacity. In the same year, Vini also completed a program on CNV - Comunicação Não Violenta at Descola.
