Jessica Ballerstein has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Jessica started their career at JC Penney in 1998 as a Sales Associate and eventually became a Pricing Accuracy Supervisor, a position they held until 2005. In 2014, Jessica joined Behavior Change Institute and took on multiple roles. Jessica began as a Behavior Technician, providing intensive instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques. In 2015, they became an Administrative Assistant and a Community Liaison, responsibilities they held until 2019. In 2018, Jessica transitioned to the role of Credentialing Coordinator, followed by their most recent position as a Human Resources Coordinator that started in November 2019.
Jessica Ballerstein obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and Management from the University of Phoenix, which they attended from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed an Associates degree in Social Service at New Mexico State University-Alamogordo, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Jessica earned their High School Diploma from Alamogordo High School in 1999 after attending from 1996 to 1999.
