Kalina Morin

Kalina Morin, CRHA, currently serves as Sr Vice President, People & Culture at Behaviour Interactive since September 2019. Prior experience includes strategic HR management as a consultant and entrepreneur at Simplifica, where focus was on supporting small and medium enterprises in HR practices from April 2017 to September 2019. Kalina previously held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Averna from October 2012 to March 2017, overseeing global HR initiatives and executive committee contributions. Earlier positions include HR Director at PCO INNOVATION covering France, Canada, and the USA, and a series of HR roles at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Prima / BCE Elix. Kalina's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Université de Montréal and a governance degree from IGOPP.
