David Choi

Director Of Product Development at Belkin International

David Choi has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to mechanical engineering and product development. David began their career as an intern at BSC Engineering in 1994 and later interned at Trans World Manufacturing from 1996 to 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at EDGE Industrial Design, where they generated 3D surface models and operated CNC machines. David then served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cardiac Science in 2002, where they designed and released a second-generation portable external defibrillator. In the same year, they joined Magellan GPS as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, focusing on the mechanical design of waterproof GPS products. David then became a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Kyocera Communications, Inc. in 2004, leading the mechanical development of CDMA mobile phones and managing internal and ODM mechanical engineers. Finally, in 2009, Choi joined Belkin as a Mechanical Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Product Development.
