Kathryn Nix

Kathryn Nix is an experienced professional in the engineering and maintenance fields, currently serving as Engineering Foreman and previously as Engineering Operator at Bellingham Cold Storage since April 2019. Prior to this role, Kathryn held the position of Refrigeration/Maintenance Technician at Preferred Freezer Services from May 2017 to April 2019 and served as Maintenance Supervisor at Rader Farms from June 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included scheduling maintenance crews and managing CMMS, inventory, and PSM programs. Additionally, Kathryn has experience as a QA Technician/MicroLab Technician, focusing on microbiological testing and detailed record-keeping. Kathryn earned an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bellingham Technical College and has further education from Whatcom Community College.
