Adele Durand has worked as the Head of Product at Benefit Cosmetics since April 2017. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Brand Manager Marketing at Shiseido from July 2013 to December 2013.

Adele Durand pursued a Master's degree in Innovation Design & Luxe at IAE Paris-Est from 2012 to 2015.
