Daniel Iborra has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Daniel is currently serving as the Principal Software Engineer at Bentley Systems, where they focus on revolutionizing the visualization of 3D digital twins using game engines, real-time 3D visualization, WebGL, and the cloud. Prior to this, Daniel worked as the Director at Esri R&D Center Barcelona, leading research and development efforts to integrate 3D technologies and tools with Unity and Unreal, thereby enhancing the capabilities of ArcGIS. Before that, they served as the CEO and CTO at CL3VER, where they developed cloud-based enterprise solutions for immersive 3D visualization and created an online 3D platform for interactive visualizations. Daniel also has experience working at Fluendo Embedded, Ubisoft, GRIN Barcelona, Legend Studios, and Alcachofa Soft, contributing to the development of various software and gaming projects.

Daniel Iborra completed a Master of Computer Science Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1999 to 2007. Daniel also obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the same university. In addition, they have a certification in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023.
