Eileen Alviti serves as a strategic partner with campus leaders by providing proactive and innovative guidance and support to all academic and administrative units throughout the college within all facets of human resources management. This includes organizational design and development, talent management, and employee relations; employment law compliance; benefits and compensation analysis; rewards and recognition; and HR information systems, all in support of the college's mission, values, and strategic plan. Prior to her role at Berklee, Eileen held key HR leadership positions at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for almost 20 years.
