Allie Martins

Allie Martins currently serves as the President of Service Delivery at Bernard & Co, a boutique recruiting firm in Chicago, IL, since December 2022. Prior to this role, Allie held positions at Grayson Search Partners, first as Manager of the Technology Practice and previously as Senior Recruiter. From February 2019 to March 2022, Allie worked at Insight Global in various recruitment roles. Allie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Industry & Business Administration from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Iowa, expected to graduate in January 2024.
