Tania Blench McIpd

Tania Blench MA MCIPD has a range of HR experience in various roles. Tania worked as the Group HR Director and Group Head of HR & Development at BES Utilities since 2017. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at Inenco Group from 2016 to 2017. Tania also held positions at BLACKPOOL COASTAL HOUSING LIMITED, where they were the Head of HR from 2014 to 2016, and before that they served as an HR Business Partner from 2009 to 2014.

Tania Blench MA MCIPD completed their education at the University of Central Lancashire. In 2007, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management and Development. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, Tania achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management at the same university.
