Hector Valencia is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in executive leadership across various renowned restaurants. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Besito Mexican Restaurants since August 2022, Valencia has previously held the same title at True Food Kitchen, Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, and Universal Orlando Resort. With a foundation in restaurant management as a Restaurant Chef at OTG Management and earlier roles at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants and Union Square Hospitality Group, Valencia's extensive career in the culinary industry is supported by a degree from Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, completed in 2001.
