Venkat Jegadeesan currently serves as Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Beth Israel Lahey Health, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this, Venkat was the Chief Technology Officer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from March 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and systems integration. Venkat's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Architect for EOHHS Commonwealth of Massachusetts, overseeing technology governance for 15 agencies, and technical architect roles at CGI and John Hancock Financial Services. Venkat began a career in technology with development positions at Canara Bank, EBSCO, and Boots UK. Venkat holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government College of Technology.
