Camaille Shepard

Camaille Shepard, PhD, serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Title IX Compliance at Bethune-Cookman University since January 2021, after holding roles such as Executive Director of Enrollment Operations and Strategic Initiatives and Project Director. In addition, Camaille is the Founder and CEO of Professional Partners Group, LLC, established in June 2020. Previous experience includes a directorship at Seminole County Public Schools from August 2011 to June 2020 and a significant tenure at Accenture as Regional Operational Excellence Lead from September 1999 to December 2009. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Education and a Master’s in Human Resources & Legal Studies from Capella University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources.
