Sujesh Nair

Sujesh Nair began their career in 2007 as an Account Manager at Monster, where they were responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service for the assigned region. Sujesh then moved to Talent Logic Inc. in 2010, where they worked as a Staffing Manager, identifying, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles and levels. In 2013, Sujesh joined Better Minds Consulting as Director of IT Staffing, where they handled day-to-day operations, managed the talent acquisition team, and explored teaming arrangements with Tier 1 clients. Sujesh also established performance metrics for the resourcing team and drove new sales opportunities with Tier 1/system integration clients.

Sujesh Nair earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from Rai Business School between 2009 and 2011. Sujesh also has experience working with ATOS (SIEMENS).
