Patrick Charles

Patrick Charles is a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical design and engineering across various industries. Currently employed at Beyond The Dome, Inc. since August 2023, Patrick previously contributed to Lithos Energy, Inc. from July 2021 to July 2023, specializing in the design of lithium-ion battery packs. At Mainspring Energy from June 2018 to July 2021, Patrick led the design of fuel control hardware for generator products and drove improvements in assembly workflows and validation processes. Earlier roles included positions at NortonLifeLock and General Atomics, where Patrick focused on product design, manufacturing process optimization, and system performance analysis. Patrick holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
