Anil Choubey

Anil Choubey is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of People Operations at BGAUSS since November 2022, where Anil plays a strategic role in fostering a strong people-oriented culture. Prior to BGAUSS, Anil held the position of Head of Human Resources at Millennium Semiconductors from May 2019 to November 2022, managing HR and administrative support across multiple regional and international offices. Before that, Anil worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Aptara, overseeing a large workforce and aligning HR strategies with company objectives, and at Reliance Games, where Anil managed HR for multiple business units. Anil began a career in HR as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Human Asset Management Services, generating significant recruitment revenue. Anil holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Fergusson College.
