Najia Cong

Najia Cong is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Regional HR Head for East China at BGI Genomics since March 2021, where responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with company goals for over 500 employees. Previously, Najia worked as an HR Business Partner/Consultant for United Family Healthcare from January 2018 to February 2021, focusing on partnerships with clinical teams and overseeing various HR functions for medical staff. Najia's career began at DHL Global Forwarding, holding the position of Senior HR Executive from March 2006 to 2017, where duties included recruitment and HR business partnership for specific districts. Najia holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Shanghai Normal University.
