Joe Nurser

Joe Nurser is an experienced professional currently serving as a Digital Product Owner at BGL Group since July 2018, where responsibilities include driving the digital roadmap to enhance online sales and service journeys within an agile scrum framework. Previously, Joe held the position of Senior Optimisation Executive, focusing on measuring online journey conversion rates and managing optimisation plans. Before joining BGL Group, Joe worked at Barratt Developments plc from October 2013 to June 2018 as a David Wilson Sales Adviser, responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service. Joe also gained experience during a 12-month placement with IBM as an Operational Assistant, assessing new business opportunities. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management and Business Studies from Loughborough University, completed in 2013, and attended King's School Peterborough from 2002 to 2009.
