G Mohammed Ali has a diversified work experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Starting as an HR IT Recruiter at JH SOFTECH in 2012, they focused on building client relationships and meeting their needs. Moving on to SoftNice in 2015, they worked as a Senior Executive HR, handling full-cycle recruitment and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational needs. At Mindtree from 2017 to 2019, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, they managed the hiring cycle for both in-house and staffing requirements. Joining Sonata Software in 2019 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, they contributed to talent acquisition processes. Currently, at Bhavna Corp. since 2021, they serve as a Talent Acquisition Lead, demonstrating growth and expertise in recruiting roles.
